Sauna World

Finnish sauna

The glass-enclosed Finnish sauna offers much more than just pleasant warmth. The dry heat boosts circulation, relaxes the body and mind, strengthens the immune system, and helps with respiratory and skin conditions. Hot air and regular stone infusions create ideal conditions for deep sweating, which cleanses the body and improves skin quality. The cooling phase is an essential part of the ritual, activating the immune system and accelerating recovery.

Eucalyptus Steam Sauna

Close your eyes, take a deep breath, and let yourself be surrounded by the fresh aroma of eucalyptus. The intense notes of menthol and citrus are released in the steam, pampering your senses with every breath. Eucalyptus is one of nature’s greatest wonders — it purifies the air, clears the respiratory tract, and helps fight viruses, bacteria, and allergies. Inhaling this essence strengthens immunity, calms the mind, and brings relief to the body. Take a moment of silence that smells like health.

 Herbal Sauna

Inhale the fragrance of herbs and let the gentle steam pamper you. The herbal sauna is one of the most effective forms of aromatherapy, harmonizing body and soul. The humid air benefits your skin, improving blood circulation and cleansing deeply, leaving it soft and smooth. The herbs relieve fatigue, headaches, coughs, and cold symptoms. Take deep breaths and let the aroma refresh both body and mind.

 Salt Sauna

The Himalayan salt therapy sauna is one of the most popular treatments, offering detoxifying effects and benefits for your respiratory system. Salt crystals combined with high humidity have a healing effect on the lungs and airways. Medical studies confirm salt’s antibacterial and anti-inflammatory properties, making it an excellent natural remedy for colds. The higher temperature helps the body eliminate toxins, relax muscles, and strengthen immunity.

Ceremonial Natural Sauna

This large-capacity glass sauna with sauna ceremonies and views of the surrounding nature and Tatra creek offers ample space for guests. It’s ideal for sauna rituals enriched with a fascinating light and music show. These ceremonies enhance sweating and deepen the sauna experience.
A skilled sauna master pours aromatic essences over hot stones and applies skin-beneficial products, amplifying the benefits of the sauna.
Each ceremony lasts 10–12 minutes and is available during selected operating hours.

Relaxation Room

Unwind on comfortable loungers and enjoy the stunning views of the surrounding Tatra scenery. Take a well-deserved rest after sauna sessions, refresh yourself at our bar, and let the calm Tatra atmosphere embrace you. The relaxation room, with soft music, forest aroma, and a ceiling of twinkling stars, offers an unforgettable experience of serenity.
For those who crave fresh mountain air, our outdoor terrace with cozy loungers and views of the forest is the perfect spot for deep relaxation.

Cooling pool

Dive into the arctic pool with a temperature of up to 10 °C and awaken your vitality. Alternating heat and cold stimulates immunity, supports blood cell production, and releases endorphins — the hormones of happiness. The cooling sensation after a sauna acts as a natural elixir of health, beauty, and energy.

IceFall

After a rejuvenating sauna session, cool your body in an icy pool or refreshing shower. If you’re not ready for a cold plunge, try cooling with ice crystals. This invigorating experience not only refreshes your skin but also stimulates your immune system and restores your energy.

Experience Shower

Showering can be more than just cleansing the body. The experience shower — the perfect complement to the sauna — cools you down and harmonizes body and mind. Alternating warm and cold water stimulates the lymphatic system, helps detoxify the body, and strengthens immunity. These shifts between heat and cold release tension, refresh the skin, and bring an overall sense of vitality.

Sauna Shows and Ceremonies

Sauna ceremonies take place for 10–12 minutes during selected operating hours, three times a day on weekends.

Principles of Proper Sauna Use

Enter the saunas without swimwear or shoes, wearing only towels. Before entering, always spread your towel and start on the lowest bench to avoid temperature shock. Breathe slowly through your nose. During the sauna session, you can use body scrubs and oils, which we will be happy to provide.

Behave quietly and respectfully — saunas are places of peace and meditation. After the session, cool your body with a cold shower or in the cooling pool, starting from your feet. Each sauna cycle should end with 15–20 minutes of rest on the loungers.

Do not eat, drink, or read during the session. Between cycles, replenish fluids, vitamins, and minerals.

Contraindications:

All acute medical conditions, hyperthyroidism, bleeding disorders, phlebitis, epilepsy, infectious diseases, hypertension, decompensated diabetes mellitus, malignant tumors, non-healing skin defects, contagious or parasitic diseases, active tuberculosis (TBC), bleeding conditions, mental illnesses, feverish or febrile states, generalized arteriosclerosis with organ damage, cancer, post–heart attack and post–stroke conditions (after medical examination and without complications for at least 3 months).

Consult your doctor to determine whether sauna use is suitable for you, depending on your health condition. Entry to the sauna area is strictly prohibited for persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

After the Sauna:

Before leaving the sauna world, take 15–20 minutes of rest to allow your body to adjust to the temperature change. Avoid physical exertion.
Remember to replenish fluids — ideally fruit juices, teas, or mineral water. During sauna sessions, you may lose up to 0.5 liters of water, which means your body also loses salt, vitamin C, and other minerals. End your sauna ritual with a massage or other relaxation and beauty treatments.

To maintain the positive effects, sauna use is recommended at least once a week.

Children:

Children under 12 years of age may enter the sauna area only when accompanied by an adult.
Access to the wellness center is allowed for children under 12 until 7:00 PM, and they may use the sauna world until 5:00 PM.
