Step into our sauna world, where you’ll find a salt sauna, a Finnish sauna, a steam sauna, and an infrared sauna. After warming your body, refresh yourself in the waterfall room or the cooling pool. For complete relaxation, take a moment on the massage bed or enjoy a soothing soak in the jacuzzi.

Tatra Lagoon Pool

The lagoon pool is where relaxation turns into an experience. The 33°C warm water soothes your body and calms your mind. Massage jets, waterfalls, bubble baths, and water mushrooms gently stimulate your body and provide deep relaxation.
The atmosphere is completed by panoramic views of the Tatra Mountains through glass walls and the mirrored ceiling reflecting the shimmering water. Just dive in — and you’ll never want to leave.

Sauna World

Northern Room (Finnish Dry Sauna) 

Experience the power of Nordic tradition. The Finnish sauna has proven health benefits — it relaxes muscles, supports mobility, and enhances overall regeneration. The hot air encourages sweating, helping your body detoxify and naturally strengthen your immunity. Breathe deeply, relax, and let the warmth heal you.

Pine Forest (Steam Sauna) 

The steam sauna combines aromatherapy and healing herbs. Inhale the refreshing scent of pine and let the warm mist revitalize your skin, improving circulation and leave it soft and silky. Take a quiet moment just for yourself as warmth relaxes both your body and mind.

Sunlight Glow (Infrared Sauna)  

Invisible infrared rays penetrate deep into the body, generating gentle heat similar to sunlight but without harmful UV radiation. The infrared sauna improves circulation, cleanses the skin, aids in weight loss, and fights cellulite. Dive into a refreshing mountain lake filled with crystal-clear Tatra water at around 10°C. This thermal shock awakens your immune system, boosts blood production, and fills your body with energy. The alternation of heat and cold creates a surge of vitality and euphoria — a natural path to health, beauty, and inner strength.

Ice Storm 

This invigorating cooling ritual brings an instant boost of energy. After a sauna session, pour ice-cold water at 9–12°C over your body to stimulate circulation and awaken every cell. Feel the refreshing rush as your body reawakens, strengthening your endurance and vitality.

Whirlpool 

Experience a hot water massage where hydromassage jets and air bubbles gently relax your entire body. The perfect combination of warmth and massage improves blood circulation and supports detoxification. Water Bed

Experience Showers 

Showering can be so much more than cleansing. The experience shower, ideal after sauna use, cools and harmonizes your entire body and mind. Principles of Proper Sauna Use

Enter the saunas without swimwear or shoes, wearing only towels.

Before entering, always spread your towel and start on the lowest bench to avoid temperature shock. Breathe slowly through your nose. During the sauna session, you can use body scrubs and oils, which we will be happy to provide.

Behave quietly and respectfully — saunas are places of peace and meditation. After each session, cool your body with a cold shower or in the cooling pool, starting from your feet upward. End each cycle with 15–20 minutes of rest on the loungers.

Do not eat, drink, or read while in the sauna. Between cycles, replenish fluids, vitamins, and minerals.

Contraindications:

All acute medical conditions, hyperthyroidism, bleeding disorders, phlebitis, epilepsy, infectious diseases, hypertension, decompensated diabetes mellitus, malignant tumors, non-healing skin defects, contagious or parasitic diseases, active tuberculosis (TBC), bleeding conditions, mental illnesses, feverish or febrile states, generalized arteriosclerosis with organ damage, cancer, post–heart attack and post–stroke conditions (after medical examination and without complications for at least 3 months).
Consult your doctor to determine whether sauna use is appropriate for you, based on your health condition. Entry to the sauna area is prohibited for persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

After Sauna Use:

Before leaving the sauna world, take 15–20 minutes to rest and allow your body to adjust to the temperature change. Avoid physical exertion.
Remember to replenish fluids — ideally with fruit juices, teas, or mineral water. During sauna sessions, you may lose up to 0.5 liters of water, along with salt, vitamin C, and other minerals.
Finish your sauna experience with a favorite massage or enjoy additional relaxation and beauty treatments.

To maintain the positive effects, we recommend visiting the sauna at least once a week.

Children: 

Children under 12 years of age may enter the sauna area only when accompanied by an adult.
Access to the wellness center is permitted for children under 12 only until 7:00 PM, and they may use the sauna world until 5:00 PM.
